A cozy retreat that was awesome! The recently upgraded King room was immaculate, and the staff was kind and attentive. Plus, who could resist the charming hotel cat, Riley. With quiet surroundings and great service, this place is a true gem!

excellent staff and spacious rooms, we had a great experience. units with 2 double beds. the location was particularly good in a great area, really close to connecticut during a storm, and the casino.

I had a solid stay here with a comfortable king-sized bed and the hot shower was perfect after a long day. The pool was a great spot to unwind and the complimentary coffee in the lobby was a nice bonus. Just a heads up, the lighting above the bed was a bit bright at night, but it didn’t ruin my experience. ☕

The room had stains on the sheets, cigarette burns on the bed, and visibly dirty walls and floors. Attempts to resolve the matter with management have gone unanswered. Positive aspects included hot water in the shower and good parking convenience, but these could not outweigh the negative experiences. Lastly, the experience of dealing with the lack of follow-up in reimbursement added to the frustration.
